Reteta saptamanii: paste cu pesto!

DSC_3024Sfarsitul zilei este momentul in care poti incetini ritmul cotidian si poti visa la o destinatie de relaxare precum zonele insorite ale Mediteranei. Sau poti face o calatorie culinara direct din bucataria ta. Descopera aromele si simplitatea gastronomiei europene printr-o reteta rapida si usoara, prin care timpul alocat in mod normal prepararii poate fi folosit bucurandu-te alaturi de cei dragi. Reteta propusa de paste cu pesto nu necesita mai mult de 30 de minute si este accesibila cu minim efort, pentru ca tu sa poti savura un meniu sanatos si satios!

Ingrediente pentru 2 portii:

400g paste

2 buc bete de telina

4 frunze de busuioc

50 g Unt KOLIBA

150g sos pesto

100g muguri de pin

100 g Cascaval KOLIBA

patrunjel, sare si piper dupa gust

Metoda de preparare:

Mai intai se curata verdeturile si se taie in bucatele oblice. Se incalzeste untul KOLIBA intr-o tigaie, se adauga legumele tocate si se lasa pe foc ~2 minute. Dupa ce s-au calit legumele, adaugati sosul de pesto si amestecati pana la omogenizare.

Intre timp, se pun pastele la fiert respectand indicatiile de pe pachet, in apa cu sare, pentru a le da gust. Dupa ce s-au fiert, se scurg pastele si se adauga in tigaie peste sos. Se mai lasa pe foc cateva minute si gata!

Pastele se servesc cu muguri de pin, cascaval ras KOLIBA, busuioc proaspat si putin ulei de masline presarat deasupra.
