Desertul perfect pentru weekend: trufe cu caramel si bourbon!

Ingrediente

3 linguri de zahar brun
2 linguri de lapte integral
1 lingura de sirop de caramel
jumatate de lingurita de extract de vanilie
100g de ciocolata amaruie, maruntita
50g de ciocolata cu lapte, maruntita
2 linguri de cacao

Mod de preparare

Combina zaharul brun, laptele, siropul de caramel intr-o tigaie pe foc mediu. Adu in punctul de fierbere si gateste un minut sau pana cand zaharul se dizolva. Indeparteaza de pe foc.

Adauga bourbonul si vanilia, apoi cele doua tipuri de ciocolata. Lasa sa se topeasca timp de un minut apoi amesteca pana cand se obtine o pasta moale.

Transfera intr-un vas rece si lasa la racit timp de doua ore.

Incalzeste o lingura cu care sa iei cate o portie din aluat pe care sa-l moderezi. Tavaleste prin cacao. Pune la frigider.
